Thank you so much for sending me the letters. It was great to read up on everybody. After I left ASIJ my family moved to Paris where I went to a French school for 2 years. I then moved to Rio de Janeiro and graduated form Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro (EA). ASIJ's counterpart in Rio. Great place to do your senior year of High School. I met my husband, John, there and we both went to the University of Florida and I went on to Med School there. I am now an OB-GYN with the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. We have an orange grove south of Gainesville in Cross Creek, FL (made famous by Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings in the Yearling). John works the farm but we live in Jacksonville. As Mary said we have three children, Erin, 20 who is a ballerina in NYC, Sara, 16 rides appaloosas Western Pleasure, and Gavin 9, typical boy, baseball, tennis, etc. I did get up to Rochester for a meeting at Mayo last year and will probably be up there again. Maybe we can meet up. If you ever come to Florida let me know.
